The Woof Gang Bakery annual adopt-a-thon event took place on Saturday, April 30, 2016, kicking off National Pet Week.

As part of the adopt-a-thon, local animal welfare groups had pets available for adoption at
64 Woof Gang Bakery locations across the United States including Fayetteville. Woof Gang Bakery stores also offered giveaways throughout the day.

The event was a great opportunity for prospective pet owners to find their perfect match, whether they were looking for a dog, cat, mixed-breed or purebred to become a part of their family.

During this time and throughout the year, Woof Gang Bakery strives to raise awareness for the
more than 7 million dogs and cats seeking “furever” homes across the country.

In the weeks leading up to the April 30 adopt-a-thon event, Woof Gang Bakery stores had  donation drop boxes for food, treats and toys to collect much-needed items for local rescue groups.
