Bordeaux Branch library, 3711 Village Drive, is offering an abundance of engaging programs for children this month. The 2017 summer reading program is underway and children across the county are tracking their minutes and attending programs to earn certificates and win prizes. Between movies, character visits and crafts, your child(ren) will be challenged and entertained with what's happening at a library near you.

Summer Movie Series: Wednesdays @ 3 p.m.

July 5               Hugo (PG)

July 12             Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (PG)

July 19             Meet the Robinsons (PG)

LEGO Fun With Emmet

Thursday, July 6                       3 p.m.

Let your imagination soar by building LEGO creations with our blocks. Special appearance by Emmet from The LEGO Movie! Grades K-5.

 

Create: Tissue Paper Transfer Art

Thursday, July 13        3 p.m.

Create artwork with tissue paper and water. Grades K-5.

 

Not Just Story Time: Fold and Fairy Tale Edition

Thursday, July 20                    3 p.m.

Listen to folk and fairy tales and enjoy science experiments to go with them. Grades K-5.

 

Kids Create: LEGO Free Play

Thursday, July 27        3 p.m.

Let your imagination soar by building LEGO creations with our blocks. Grades K-5.
