Marshall Waren – Publisher
Marshall H. Waren is a lifelong resident of Fayetteville. Graduated from Fayetteville High School and attended Elon College, Marshall was in the insurance business for 32 years until he sold his company in 2003. In 2006, he and his wife Sandee started CityView Magazine. It has been in business for 13 years and followed by over 70,000 normal readers. CityView has a vast following on Facebook of over 8,000 people. He is currently the CEO and publisher of the CityView Magazine, LLC.
Sandee Waren – Managing Editor
Sandee Waren comes from a family with six generations of history in Cumberland County. Her deep roots in the community are one of the reasons why she has such a passion for CityView. She is also a past president of the Junior League of Fayetteville and she loves having an opportunity to tout the praises of our community in each and every issue of the magazine.
Catherine Pritchard – Editor
Catherine Pritchard has more than 30 years of experience as a journalist, including more than two decades in Fayetteville. In 23 years at The Fayetteville Observer, she covered a broad range of news and feature topics and also authored the Live Wire and Retail Therapy columns. More recently, she has written for publications such as Business North Carolina. Pritchard is a native of North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Suzanne Dudley -Account Executive
Suzanne Dudley is a multi-tasker — and then some. The busy mother of four has lived in Fayetteville for 25 years and, when she’s not out talking to CityView’s clients or handling the many crises’ that arise with teenagers in the home, she volunteers with a number of local organizations, including United Way, the Child Advocacy Center and the Girl Scouts. She’s also an active member of Highland Presbyterian Church and she volunteers at her children’s schools, too. Suzanne describes Bill, her husband of 21 years, as being “very supportive” and says that they enjoy traveling, going to the beach and snow skiing. And she says she also likes to read and exercise, you know, in her spare time.
Robin Wiggs – Account Executive
Fayetteville native Robin Wiggs was thrilled to return to her “hometown” after several years in Atlanta, and enthusiastically joined CityView in the fall of 2007. Robin delights in every aspect of our community, especially the Fayetteville Symphony, Cape Fear Regional Theatre and Junior League, and is an avid tennis player and golfer. When not enjoying her fitness routine, Robin can be found walking her two fox terriers around Haymount.
Julie Donahue – Account Executive
Jules Donahue has been with CityView Magazine since 2007. Having resided here for 25 years she has a love for our city and takes great pride in it. A pillar in the Fayetteville community she has spearheaded the Hurley Pot Restoration Project downtown for “Fayetteville Beautiful” and is a Board of Directors Member. Also serving on the “Appearance Commission” for 2 years and the “Historic Commission” for 1. Jules has been a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador for 6 years earning the title “Ambassador of the Month” numerous times during her tenure. Her passion lies in great cuisine. She believes the art of preparation, cooking, and presentation of food creates the experience and our Food & Wine Issue is her favorite issue over the past 12 years.
Annette Winter – Art Director
Annette has spent more than 15 years working in art direction for various publications, including Palm Beach Illustrated magazine and, more recently, Triangle Women and The Park Guide in Raleigh, NC. She is originally from New York and now enjoys sharing a small North Carolina farm with two horses and a dog.

Matthew Wonderly – Staff Photographer
Matthew was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He moved to Fayetteville in 2006. In high school, he pursued television and video broadcasting. During his senior year, Matthew picked up a digital camera and fell in love with shooting photos and capturing moments. Matthew was elected to attend a statewide high school competition for video editing, and he placed in the top 10 for the state. Soon, photography became his main focus. His favorite aspects of photography are portraits and street photography and capturing a person’s personality in a photograph.
David McRae – Distribution Manager
David is a native of Fayetteville and a graduate of Pine Forest High School. His knowledge of the area is a great asset as he distributes CityView and CityView Family throughout the county. He has been with CityView Publishing for five years and takes great pride in his work. David previously spent 37 years at Kelly Springfield/ Goodyear Tire and is an active member at Antioch Church of God on Shaw Road. David has been married to his devoted wife Bonnie for 22 years. They have 5 children, 7 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter and another one about to make her appearance!
