The Cumberland County Extension Master Gardener annual Spring Plant Sale will be April 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the lawn of the Cooperative Extension Center, located at 301 E. Mountain Drive, Fayetteville.

There will be plants grown locally by the Extension Master Gardeners, plant selections to attract birds, bees, and butterflies, and bees, drought-tolerant selections and plants of several varieties for all gardeners.

Extension Master Gardeners will be on hand to answer gardening questions.

Cash, checks, and major credit cards will be accepted.

Proceeds from the sale are used to support horticulture scholarships, Cape Fear Botanical Garden, Extension Master Gardener Demo Garden, Extension Master Gardener education programs, Wounded Warrior Tranquility Garden and the Second

Harvest Food Bank Garden.
