Sandee Waren
Sandee Waren – Managing Editor
Sandee Waren comes from a family with six generations of history in Cumberland County. Her deep roots in the community are one of the reasons why she has such a passion for CityView. She is also a past president of the Junior League of Fayetteville and she loves having an opportunity to tout the praises of our community in each and every issue of the magazine.

Erin Z. Pesut –  Editor
Erin grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, and Carmel, Indiana. Over the years, she has lived in New York City; Washington, D.C.; Asheville, NC; Simsbury, CT; Fernandina Beach, FL; and when she was an au pair, in a small town outside of Barcelona, Spain, Olesa de Montserrat. She grew up without a television, which is probably why she loves reading and writing so much. She received her Masters in Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in fiction from Columbia University in New York and graduated with a B.A. in Creative Writing from Warren Wilson College, where she met her husband, Gabriel. She loves hiking, biking, and ballet. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband and their dog, Teddy.

Ashlee Cleveland
Ashlee Cleveland – General Manager
Ashlee grew up in Raleigh, NC and is a graduate of the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington. She helped build CityView back in 2006 and then took an extended leave of absence in 2010 to stay home with her two beautiful children while her husband served back to back deployments. Ashlee is an active member of First Presbyterian Church who enjoys spending time with her husband, their children, their German shepherd, Sasha and their cat, Princess.

Suzanne Dudley
Suzanne Dudley – Account Executive
Suzanne Dudley is a multi-tasker — and then some. The busy mother of four has lived in Fayetteville for 25 years and, when she’s not out talking to CityView’s clients or handling the many crises’ that arise with teenagers in the home, she volunteers with a number of local organizations, including United Way, the Child Advocacy Center and the Girl Scouts. She’s also an active member of Highland Presbyterian Church and she volunteers at her children’s schools, too. Suzanne describes Bill, her husband of 21 years, as being “very supportive” and
says that they enjoy traveling, going to the beach and snow skiing. And
she says she also likes to read and exercise, you know, in her spare
                                   time. Email Suzanne

Robin Wiggs
Robbin Wiggs – Account Executive
Fayetteville native Robin Wiggs was thrilled to return to her “hometown” after several years in Atlanta, and enthusiastically joined CityView in the fall of 2007. Robin delights in every aspect of our community, especially the Fayetteville Symphony, Cape Fear Regional Theatre and Junior League, and is an avid tennis player and golfer. When not enjoying her fitness routine, Robin can be found walking her two fox terriers around Haymount.
