Sandee Waren – Managing Editor
Sandee Waren comes from a family with six generations of history in Cumberland County. Her deep roots in the community are one of the reasons why she has such a passion for CityView. She is also a past president of the Junior League of Fayetteville and she loves having an opportunity to tout the praises of our community in each and every issue of the magazine.
Rebekah Sanderlin – Senior Editor
Rebekah likes to joke that she’s the one Army wife who doesn’t move. The Nashville, Tenn. native and her soldier husband have lived in Haymount for eight years and they have two young children and two very poorly behaved yellow Labradors. Rebekah loves to write, read books and paint and currently serves on the National Advisory Board for Blue Star Families.
Kelly Twedell – Features Editor
This Texas girl knows a thing or two about Army wife life and has made Fayetteville her home since 2004. When Kelly is not gallivanting around town seeking out the community’s most interesting stories, she spends quality time with her family to include her persnickety Jack Russell Terrier. While Kelly has a lot of interests, she is learning to appreciate the simpler things in life and is still a work in progress.
AnneMarie Ziegler – General Manager
AnneMarie Ziegler is a native of Fayetteville and after living in western North Carolina for the last 15 years, has “come home”. She enthusiastically accepted the position of General Manager with CityView in August 2011. She married Paul March 17, 2006, who also has family in Fayetteville. They enjoy the theatre, the beaches and mountains of North Carolina and spending time with their two dachshunds, Max and Manfred. AnneMarie is the proud mother of two grown sons and two grown daughters and beaming grandmother of a grandson and two granddaughters. She enjoys reading, gardening, cooking for the family, visiting with her parents, spending time with friends and “farming” on Facebook. AnneMarie looks forward to continuing her volunteer work with domestic violence in Fayetteville, as well as enjoying all Fayetteville has to offer.

Suzanne Dudley – Account Executive
Suzanne Dudley is a multi-tasker — and then some. The busy mother of four has lived in Fayetteville for 25 years and, when she’s not out talking to CityView’s clients or handling the many crises’ that arise with teenagers in the home, she volunteers with a number of local organizations, including United Way, the Child Advocacy Center and the Girl Scouts. She’s also an active member of Highland Presbyterian Church and she volunteers at her children’s schools, too. Suzanne describes Bill, her husband of 21 years, as being “very supportive” and says that they enjoy traveling, going to the beach and snow skiing. And she says she also likes to read and exercise, you know, in her spare time.

Julie Donahue – Account Executive
Julie Donahue has been with CityView Magazine since 2007. A pillar in the Fayetteville community she has served as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, earning the “Ambassador of the Month” title four times during her tenure. She spearheaded the Hurley Pot Restoration project and served on the Beautification Committee for “Fayetteville Beautiful”. As a self-confessed culinary snob, Julie writes food reviews for the ‘Fort Bragg Patch’.
Annette Winters – Art Director
Annette has spent more than 15 years working in art direction for various publications, including Palm Beach Illustrated magazine and, more recently, Triangle Women and The Park Guide in Raleigh, NC. She is originally from New York and now enjoys sharing a small North Carolina farm with two horses and a dog.
Anne Ancona – Administrative Assistant
Anne is a small town girl with big city charm. Originally from Texas, she knows a thing or two about floating the river on hot summer days, and cooking up some mean BBQ. She currently resides in Fayetteville with her husband, a Fort Bragg soldier, and their two cats. She loves to travel around the states and see what the country has to offer. If she’s not entertaining friends and family, she’s out on the town looking for new interesting things to do around Fayetteville.
