Cindy Dale Monsour, 68, of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2023, at her residence.
Cindy was born on July 20, 1955, in Robeson County to the late Gertude Spoeneman.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Cindy is survived by her children, Tiffany Little Loeper and husband, Thomas, Jon Little and wife Samantha; brother, Richie Spoeneman; grandchildren, Cameron Little, Devon Pace, and Mary Grace Loeper; and a great grandson, Luke Robert Pace.
