Douglas French McBryde Sr. 71, of 4401 Roller Court, Raleigh, formerly of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Wake Med in Raleigh.
A viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel.
He is survived by his life partner, Patsy Creecy; children, Douglas F. McBryde Jr. (Tiffany) of San Antonio, Texas; Adrian B. McBryde (Renata) of Hope Mills; and Scott Creecy (Jessica) of Athens, Georgia; sisters, Shirley A. Fisher of Fayetteville and Irene Lawson of Durham; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
