The Gilbert Theater will open its season with "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance" on Sept. 16. The show continues through Oct. 2. Tickets are $12 to $20. The theater is at 116 Green St.

2022 Field of Honor

The 2022 Field of Honor is scheduled for Sept. 11 through Nov. 13 at the Airborne & Special Operations Museum, 100 Bragg Blvd. in downtown Fayetteville.
