Two Fayetteville women are each charged with 58 counts of animal cruelty, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
They were arrested Saturday by property crimes detectives, according to a news release.
Christina Amber Ratley, 30, and Jordan Leigh Didier, 29, also are each charged with 58 counts of misdemeanor conspiracy; one count of felony trying to kill animals by starvation; and one count of felony conspiracy, the release said.
The women were taken to the Cumberland County Detention Center, where each received a $34,000 secured bond. They had their first court appearance Monday afternoon.
