Guinevere “Guin” Gentry Fulton, 92, of Fayetteville, was called home to her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 25, 2023.

She was a native of College Park, Georgia, and later lived in Red Oak, Georgia, prior to moving to Fayetteville in 1956.. She was an excellent student growing up in the Atlanta area and attended two years of college. She was a loving homemaker to her husband and two children as well as a part-time sales clerk at Sears for over 10 years. She enjoyed spending time and having fun with her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. She enjoyed many summer trips to the beach with family. She was always ready to play a game of Scrabble or just hang out and have fun with the kids. Guin was most of all a smiling witness for Jesus Christ. After being saved in 1964, she committed her life to Jesus. She was a member of Eureka Springs Baptist Church, where she taught 6-year-old Sunday school class for more than 30 years. She was a prayer warrior and active church and Sunday school member.

She was the daughter of the late Henry Frazier and Lalla Gentry Bailey and the wife of retired Command Sgt. Maj. Tom V. Fulton. She was also preceded in death by one child, Terence; two sisters, Tinha Anderson and Vona Thurman; and two brothers, Frazier and Victor Bailey.

Surviving are two sons, Timothy Fulton of Fort Mill, South Carolina, and Ted Fulton of Malibu Lake, California; two daughters-in-law, Kathy and Monica Fulton; two grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be at noon March 29, 2023, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren from 11 a.m. to noon. Committal will be at Sandhill State Veterans Cemetery at noon Thursday, March, 30, 2023.
