Jacob Lee, 19 years old, passed away on September 22nd, 2022. Born on November 7th, 2002.
Jacob was an amazing son, brother, and friend to everyone. He was brilliant, well spoken, and moved through life with a sense of wisdom and maturity in excess of his tender age. He was an avid reader, a history buff, and an explorer. He was competitive and never traveled without his chess board. He sought out and recognized the beauty around him and continues to teach us that we should never take a moment for granted and should express some tenderness and affection towards those we are closest too. Most of all he was so loved and admired and will be very much missed.
Jacob is preceded in death by paternal grandfather, William Lee. Those left to cherish his memory are his father, William Lee; mother, Amy Lee; siblings: Jessica Young, and spouse, Brandon Young, April McGinley, and spouse, Brett McGinley, Jessica Gonzales, and fiancé, Stephen Potter, Elisabeth Daugherty, and spouse, Brett Daugherty, Lydia Lee, Liberty Lee, and Caleb Lee. Additionally, he was loved by a wide circle of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Viewing for family and friends of the family will begin at 12:30-1:30 PM on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home proceeding with the funeral at 2 PM. Burial at 3PM at the Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery, 2881 Gillespie Street Fayetteville NC, 28306.
