Josue Yamil Rentas, 30 of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024.
Josue was born in Puerto Rico on January 30, 1993 to William and Ramonita Figueroa Rentas. Josue served in the US Army and will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, William Figueroa.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Elizah Yamil Rentas of Hope Mills; parents, William and Romanita Figueroa Rentas of Hope Mills; a brother, William Rentas Jr. of Hope Mills; grandmothers, Marie Arce of Puerto Rico and Earnestia Gortiam of Philadelphia, PA; a grandfather, Pablo Rentas of Puerto Rico and many extended family members.
The Family will receive friends 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursday, January 18, 2024 at LaFayette Funeral Home, 6651 Raeford Rd. Fayetteville, NC 28304.
Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, January 19, 2024 at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, 8220 Bragg Blvd, Fort Bragg, NC 28307.
