Linda Graddy Street, 73, of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, surrounded by her loving family.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Graddy and Lillie Maybelle Matthews Graddy; and her brother, WK Matthews. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband, Steven “Steve” Street; children, Stephanie Russell and husband, William, and Ray Street; grandchildren, Andy Russell, and Lillie Russell; great granddaughter, Eustella Rose Russell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Linda loved gardening, flowers, reading cookbooks and cooking, collecting antiques and old lamps, crafting, and traveling. She was a very spontaneous woman who loved anything with a chicken on it.
Linda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 30th, 2023, at Rogers and Breece Funeral Home from 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, October 1 in the Rogers and Breece Chapel with Reverend Matthew Copple and Reverend Tim Evans officiating. Burial to follow the service at Zoar Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Salemburg, NC.
