Loy Stan Mark, 90, of Fayetteville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Haymount Rehabilitation Center.
He was born on February 15, 1935, in China. Mr. Mark retired from Boddie-Noell Enterprises after many years of dedicated service.
Mr. Mark greatly enjoyed trips to the beach and had a true passion for cooking. He loved watching cooking channels, trying new recipes, and exploring new restaurants. In his later years, he spent much of his time watching and trading on the stock market, an activity that kept his mind sharp and engaged.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of more than 60 years, May Yin Mark.
He is survived by his daughters, Janet Shih and husband Jason, Genice Wong and husband Doug, and Doris Chin; grandchildren, Jennifer Aleman and husband Chad, Jeff Shih and wife Sue, Stephanie Ewing and husband David, Melinda Hsu and husband Ben, and Brad Wong; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
