Larry Lucas, son of late Ronnie Reed & Classie L. Reed, was born July 2nd, 1968 in Brooklyn New York. He departed this life on December 17th, 2025.
Larry married the love of his life Kim Lashawn Lucas, and from this union three kids, Shakim Bazemore, Catrina Lucas and LaQueena Lucas were born.
He enjoyed fishing, playing chess, watching sports, watching karate movies and he loved working! He was a very hard working man, he wouldn’t miss work even if he wasn’t feeling well. Most of all he loved his family! Larry made numerous friends wherever he went and he will be sincerely missed by all who knew him! He was always a great friend and a devoted family man!
Larry was preceded in death by his Mother Classie and his father Ronnie, his older brother John and his older sister Susie.
He leaves to Mourn: His sisters, Louise, Carolyn, Helen, Barbara, Gloria, Dorothy, Francis, and Gladys; and his brothers: Clarence ll, Leon, Bobby, George Lucas, and Ronnie Jr.! His kids, Shakim Bazemore, Catrina Lucas, LaQueena Lucas and his step daughter Tiara Collins. He also leaves behind 14 grandchildren, and many Nieces and nephews.
Larry will forever be missed by all who knew and loved him! His presence, His wisdom, His loving spirit and his big smile will remain in our hearts.
