Good morning. Rollease Acmeda, a manufacturer and distributor of window coverings, has officially opened a new warehouse site in Hope Mills.
A crowd of about 30 community leaders, local officials and company employees gathered at the facility located at 103 Tom Starling Road earlier this week to celebrate its grand opening. The company says it plans to invest $10 million in the town in real estate and equipment.
The facility is expected to bring about 50 new jobs to the area, according to company officials. More in today’s lead story.
