⛔️ Winter Storm Fern prompted Fayetteville to cancel its city council meeting and hearings scheduled for Monday. The downside? If you want to speak out about a proposal to allow residents to ban parking in multi-use lanes on their streets, you’ll have to wait a bit longer.
