Tarheel K9 to 5 is collecting donations on Dec. 10 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. as part of a pet outreach program It is looking for donations of dog food, cat food and limited pet supplies for impoverished, low-income and nomadic communities. Items can be dropped off at Tarheel K9 to 5, 313 Williams St., or the organization will arrange to pick them up.
