PrideFest, Fourth Friday to celebrate LGBTQ community

Posted

PrideFest 2023 and Fourth Friday will both celebrate June as Pride Month in recognition of the LGBTQ community.

PrideFest 2023 will bring live entertainment, vendors, food trucks and children’s activities to Festival Park on Saturday.

PrideFest will be from noon to 6 p.m. at Festival Park and is organized by Fayetteville Pride.

The family-friendly festival welcomed more than 6,000 people last year, with attendance growing by 300% since the inaugural festival in 2018, according to Fayetteville Pride.

Other activities will include a community art project.
