Sabra Holmes Scott, 76, of Fayetteville passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, October 02, 2023 at 12 noon at Evans Metropolitan AME Zion Church in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Fort Liberty.
She is survived by her husband, Benjamin Scott of the home. Her children, Jenise Holmes of Ohio, Jacquelyn Scott of Hampton, VA, Olivia Scott of Kingstree, SC, Samuel Holmes, Jr. and Everett Williams, both of Columbia, SC and Lynn E. Scott of Denver, CO. A sister, Thomasena Barr of PA; a brother, Bruster Harvin of Lane, SC, along with ten grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at the church on Monday, October 02, 2023 from 11am-12noon.
