Second man charged in January shooting death on Yadkin Road

A South Carolina man has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Eddie Saez on Jan. 4 at a business on Yadkin Road.

Quinteel Pierre Harley, 34, was arrested April 12 in Brunswick County, the Fayetteville Police Department said in a release. He was transferred to the Cumberland County Detention Center on April 13. He received a $620,000 secured bond.

Harley also was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon and conspiracy, police said.

Saez was shot at Southern City Swag Boutique on Yadkin Road.

Harley is the second person charged in the death of Saez.

Rasheem Lopez Grant, 28, also from South Carolina, was arrested Jan. 14 in Columbia, South Carolina. He was returned to Fayetteville on Feb. 4.

He is also charged with first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon and conspiracy, police said. He remains in the Cumberland County Detention Center Jail with no bond.
