Complaint Dismissed Against Cumberland County Elections Board Chair
In a 3-2 vote, the N.C. Board of Elections said it lacked evidence that Linda Devore, the GOP chair of the Cumberland County Board of Elections, violated election laws or behaved inappropriately.
