Fayetteville and Surrounding Areas - The hottest new teen sensations: Diggy, Roscoe Dash, Young Money Cash Money Billionaires (YMCMB's ) own Lil Chuckee, Charlie Boy Gang, Fayetteville's own Katlyn Nicole and others will be taking over the Crown Arena Sunday, June 17th @ 7pm
Daniel Simmons aka “Diggy” meets his destiny as the champion of rap's new millennium generation. A boy genius with a pen, the 17-year-old son of Hip-Hop royalty Joseph "Reverend Run” Simmons and nephew of Russell Simmons has already written himself a two-year career that's surpassed much of his rookie class. This young superstafs story began seven years ago in the limelight of his legendary relatives, when he co-starred on his family's hit reality TV show "Run's House." Once Diggy uploaded a jaw-dropping freestyle and accompanying video over Nas's “Made You Look" instrumental in 2009, his family tree quickly became a mere backdrop. Then came his three stellar mix-tapes: 2009's The First Flight, and 2010’s Airborne and Past Presents Future. The Internet world anointed him next. Now, Diggy has arrived. The wattage of his self-made star power has his position in the rap game making perfect sense. "Now, when you think of Diggy, you don't automatically think of Rev. Run & ‘Run's House’; you think of a rising hip-hop superstar.”
Jeffrey Johnson, Jr., better known as Roscoe Dash, an Atlanta native son poised to carve a movement of his own. The rapper made major noise in '09 with the party-starting radio smash “All The Way Turnt Up!” featuring Soulja Boy. Now, with the impending release of his upcoming debut Ready Set Gol, Dash will soon write his own page in history.
Rashad Ballard, better known as Lil Chuckee, is a teenage rapper from New Orleans. Chuckee is a hard-worker, much like his boss Lil Wayne, and has released 5 mixtapes at the age of 16.
Special Appearances by Fayetteville's very own Katiyn Nicole, Disney's Stephon 4 U, TK-N-Cash, Charlie Boy Gang, and Da Mascots.
