Thursday June 2, 2016 held at Minc Interiors Furniture & Design, 228-230 Winslow Street in Historic Downtown Fayetteville.
The event marked 11 years in business for Minc Interiors, which was previously located on Robeson Street and then Person Street and celebrated the culmination of a dream for longtime business owner Melissa McIntosh, 36, who grew up in Hope Mills and makes her home in Fayetteville.
The company specializes in creating "turnkey" interiors for government/military, corporate, healthcare, hospitality and luxury residential clients.
The Minc Party was also "The Big Reveal" for two expansive buildings, which have been painstakingly refurbished by Melissa and John McIntosh.
"We say we're on the right side of the tracks," says Melissa, referring to taking a chance on an up-and-coming industrial area of Winslow Street.
True to Melissa McIntosh's vision for creating workspaces that serve to inspire, the offices contain modern furnishings and lighting from top dealers and designers, sustainable glass wall systems called DIRTT ("Doing It Right This Time"), a gym and custom kitchen for Minc employees, and an on-site warehouse.
