Every third Thursday beginning March 16 a and continuing through September the Cape Fear Botanical Garden will extend their hours to bring you Third Thursdays.
Visit the Garden and soak up nature till 9p.m.
Each month’s “Third Thursday” is a bit different from the next and sure to be fun. Evenings are free with a membership or paid admission.
The first Thursday of the series was Tango unTapped.
Tango unTapped was a showcase of how Tango has changed throughout the years by Anna Fiore, Dom-Sebastian, and Alejandro Pinzon. The food truck, A Little Taco, and a cash bar were open for purchases.
April 20th- Beer, BBQ, and Boots Throw on your boots and buckles to dance the night away while enjoying BBQ and craft beer!
May 18th - Beachy Keen Relax and dance the shag to some Carolina beach music.
June 15th- Piano Pizazz A night of tickling the ivories with Casey T. Cotton who will have you laughing the night away!
July 20th- Garden Folk Enjoy folk music and meet Mark Weathington, author of Gardening in the South.
August 17th- Latin Soiree Anna Fiore is back at the Garden to dance and immerse you in Latin culture.
Sept 21st- Foodscaping 101 Want to learn how to be sustainable? Author & Horticulturalist, Bri Arthur, explains how you can eat your yard with edible landscaping.
