The Fayetteville Holiday Lights display begins on Friday at Segra Stadium with a fireworks show. Santa Claus and holiday vendors will be on hand. Lights and Leashes dates are scheduled on certain days. For more information, go to fayettevilleholidaylights.com.

The Sweet Valley Ranch Festival of Lights at 2990 Sunnyside School Road begins Friday. The light display will be open 6:30-10 p.m. each Friday and Saturday through Dec. 27. Holiday Lights at the Garden at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden begins Dec. 5 and will be open 5-9 p.m. through Dec. 22. Weekly dog nights are part of the celebration. The Garden is at 536 N. Eastern Blvd. For more information go to capefearbg.org.

Christmas at the Lake is Dec. 5 at Hope Mills Lake Park in Hope Mills, 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Hope Mills. The Town Tree Lighting Ceremony is between 5:50-6:15 p.m. Go to townofhopemills.com/516/Christmas-at-the-Lake for more information.

The Christmas Parade of Lights is 5 p.m. Dec. 6. The route begins at Rockfish Elementary School and ends at Hope Mills Middle School. Go to townofhopemills.com/515/Christmas-Parade.

Spring Lake’s annual Christmas Tree Lighting is Dec. 5, 6-8 p.m., at the Municipal Building, 300 Ruth St. Visit townofspringlake.com/christmas-tree-lighting for more.

Fayetteville’s Drive-thru Christmas in the Park begins Dec. 7 at Arnette Park, 2165 Wilmington Highway. The display will be open each Sunday through Thursday, 6-9 p.m., until Dec. 22. Go to fayettevillenc.gov/Events/Drive-Thru-Christmas-in-the-Park.
