Casual
This could be a backyard or beach wedding perhaps. Choose a chic maxi dress paired with embellished sandals or a silky summery jumpsuit with wedge heels. And if you are a little more on the conservative side a nice sundress is always appropriate. Remember to keep the accessories and makeup simple. Day
If it’s simply a day wedding, then a fashionable dress or suit is a great choice. But, a fabulous hat would make the perfect accessory! If the wedding continues on into the evening then a true cocktail dress, even strapless, is on point. Just remember to bring a wrap to cover shoulders in certain churches. Formal
This means black tie…which is my favorite! There is nothing better than a room full of handsome tuxedos, exquisite dresses, perfectly coiffed hair and stately jewels. A short beaded or ornate cocktail dress is quite proper, but a long evening gown is perfection. Remember it is the bride’s big day so dress to enhance, not to compete. Keep it elegant and tasteful!
