It is Thanksgiving week and if you have a house full of guests, don't hide out in a book, relaxing on your days off from work. That could serve as fodder for your mother-in-law, who never liked you anyway. Be social and get the consensus on a plan of action to make some memories.

Friday, from 1p.m. to 9p.m. head to historic Downtown Fayetteville for the annual Dickens Holiday tradition. Throw together a Tiny Tim costume and enjoy the candlelight processional and fireworks that follow. Be sure to bring your camera.
