William Roy Fish, 70, of Fayetteville, passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at his home with his beloved family by his side.
Roy was born August 12, 1952, in Clarkston, Washington, to the late Catherine and T.J. Willmuth.
Roy was a retired master sergeant with the U.S. Army. He was a longtime leader in the Boy Scouts of America.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2023, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Roy is survived by his wife, Judy Fish; sons, Kevin Fish (Moira) and Tim Fish (Michelle); brothers, Mike, Tim, and Tom Willmuth; sisters, Deanna McNair and Terry Laney; grandchildren, Josh, Dylan, Dakota, Kaden, Adeline, Shyneice, Elijah, and Tryston.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Boy Scouts of America.
