A Fayetteville woman was charged with trespassing on a school bus Friday morning, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Alexis Nideyah Beard, 22, was arrested just before 10 a.m. Friday, according to a news release.

Beard was taken to the Cumberland County Detention Center and released on a $5,000 unsecured bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on March 13, the release said.

The Sheriff’s Office said in a news release that only school personnel and students are allowed on school buses. Parents can walk their children to a bus but are not allowed to enter it.
