A Fayetteville man wanted on robbery and kidnapping charges was arrested in Laurinburg on Thursday, according to the Fayetteville Police Department.

Members of the departments Violent Crime Apprehension Team received information that Trevon Terrell Hart, 22, was in the 500 block of Second Street in Laurinburg, according to a Police Department news release. 

Hart was taken into custody without incident with the assistance of the Scotland County Sheriff’s Office, the release said.

Hart was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon; second-degree kidnapping; felony conspiracy; possession of stolen goods; and assault with a deadly weapon, the release said. He was held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $150,000 secured bond.
