James Scottie Hailey, 74, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 12 noon at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations Chapel.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Hailey. A son, James Hailey, Jr. of Durham; a daughter, Jamelle Hailey of Fayetteville. A brother, William Hailey of Durham, along with five grandchildren and three great grandchildren
