Francine leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memories: two children, her daughter, Carla Francia Smith, and son, James Lorenzo Smith (Shana); two grandsons, James Lorenzo McNeill, and Marekiss Alonzo McNeill; two great grandsons, Xen McNeill, James Carter McNeill; two great granddaughters, Za’laysia McNeill and Za’miya Everett; two sisters Sally Mack and Juanita Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, special friends, and church family.
