Cumberland sheriff IDs man in April 1 fatal shooting
The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office has identified a man who was found dead of a gunshot wound Friday near Davis and Holland streets. Detectives with the Homicide Unit said the man was 33-year-old Devon Tarik Logan of Fayetteville.
