Thomas “Tommy” Carroll Williams Jr., 75, of Fayetteville and formally of Detroit, died in Fayetteville on September 12, 2023.  Tommy was born in Savannah, Tennessee on Sept. 8, 1948, to the late Thomas Carroll Williams Sr. and Doretha Sharp. He liked to sit by the water, enjoy nature scenes and watch TV. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
