Bertha Carter, 83, of 231 Treetop Drive, Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023.

She is survived by her children, Darrell Ferrell, Joseph Carter Jr., and Lyle Ferrell, all of Danville, Virginia; Joel Carter of Fredricksburg, Virginia; and Christy Hix of Fayetteville, along with 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
