The third annual Children’s Mental Health and Wellness Fair, scheduled Saturday from 8-11 a.m. in Festival Park, promises to feature a mixture of fun and education.

According to a press release, the fair will focus on the importance of children’s mental health and where to find help if needed. The Cumberland County Schools event is called “Jump Into Wellness: It’s OK 2 Ask for Help!”

Various community agencies will be present at the Saturday fair. The event also features a one-mile walk around Downtown Fayetteville to bring attention to suicide awareness and prevention, as well as live fitness presentations, performances from high school cheerleading teams, games, a bicycle rodeo, and free gifts and tech prizes, according to a Cumberland County Schools release.

Of course, food trucks will offer a variety of goodies. Festival Park is at 335 Ray Ave.
