Deborah Leigh Holmes, age 64, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2026. Born on August 22, 1961, Deborah lived a life defined by love, resilience, and devotion to her family.

Deborah was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Holmes; her parents, John Goff and Betty Goff; and her brother, Johnny Goff. Though she endured profound loss throughout her life, she carried herself with quiet strength and an unwavering commitment to those she loved.

She is survived by her cherished daughters, Shannon Loper and Jennifer Holmes, who were the center of her world and the greatest source of her pride. Deborah’s legacy continues through her granddaughters, Mylie and Delaney Loper, who brought her immense joy and light. She is also survived by her loving sister, Denise Langley, whose bond with Deborah remained strong through the years. Finally, her dog Harry. She had a special place in her heart for her loyal dog, whose companionship brought her comfort and happiness.

Deborah will be remembered for her kind heart, her steady presence, and the deep love she gave so freely to her family. She had a way of making those around her feel cared for and valued, and her memory will live on in the lives she touched. Her family finds comfort in knowing she is reunited with those who went before her, and they will carry her love with them always.
