Ms. Joyce Davis, age 89, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on July 3, 2024.
Joyce was born in Escambia County, AL. Joyce married H. Hoover Davis of Goodway, AL on July 18, 1952.
She was preceded in death by Clifford Lane (Father), Bessie Mae Lane (Mother), H. Hoover Davis (Spouse), nine siblings, and Ryan Loughran (grandson).
Joyce is survived by a brother (Jack Lane), daughter Jacqueline, daughter Sharon (Brandy and Tony Mello: Davis and Spencer), son Garry (Samantha and Kensey Jones: Hannah, Riley, and Joshua), and daughter Marilyn (Richard; Ashley and Johnny: Aidan and Jax; Matthew and Amanda: Tony, Dro and Aurie).
Visitation and services will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2024, beginning at 10 AM at Arran Lake Baptist Church, 1130 Bingham Dr., Fayetteville, NC 28304. Service will start at 11 AM with Dr. Jeff Isenhour officiating. Burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens at noon in Fayetteville North Carolina.
