Ms. Priscilla W. Williams-McArthur was called on November 1, 2023 to be with the Lord at Bladen County Hospital in Elizabethtown. Her life of service will be long be remembered by those she served so faithfully. Our prayers and deepest condolences are extended to the family and many friends.
