Rev. Vertell Shaw, 86, of Chesapeake, VA, passed away on Sunday, January 07, 2024 at Atrium Health in Concord, NC.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 1pm at Strickland Bridge Church of God in Fayetteville. Burial will be in Suffolk, VA at a later date.
She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Watts of Accokeek, MD, Kimberly Daniel of MD, Sharlotte Drewry of VA and Tammi Foster of Charlotte. A son, Gregory Shaw of NM. A sister, Lillie Robinson of Washington, DC, along with six grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at the church on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 12-1pm.
