Business Notebook: FTCC plans ribbon-cutting for water rescue facility
Fayetteville Technical Community College will hold a ribbon-cutting and conduct demonstrations at its new swift water rescue training facility on Monday. The ribbon-cutting will be at 2 p.m. at the facility, which is part of the Larry Keen Fire & Emergency Training Complex at 775 Tom Starling Road. Training demonstrations will follow.

The professional Fayetteville Fury Soccer team is partnering with Hope Mills Parks and Recreation to host the Summer Youth Soccer Camp.
Fayetteville Fury soccer champs ready to defend title with home opener Feb. 18
The Fayetteville Fury will play its home opener on Feb. 18 as the team defends its indoor soccer championship last year. In its second year in action, the Fury will match up with the Memphis Americans at the Crown Coliseum in a home opener themed “Defending the Crown,” according to a news release.
