Rock ’n’ Roll Hall of Fame-bound Sheryl Crow is the scheduled headliner for the Fourth at the Fort Celebration on Fort Liberty at the Main Post Parade Field. Gates open at 3 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Morale, Welfare and Recreation program and a post spokeswoman.
