A second man has been arrested in the December death of a Fayetteville woman. Michael Lee Witt, 30, of Fayetteville, was arrested Monday by detectives with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office and charged with accessory after the fact of first-degree murder, the Sheriff’s Office said.
