The Fayetteville Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a woman who has not been seen in more than 10 months.
Alicia Cortez, 28, was last seen on Nov. 19 and was reported missing on May 19. She is described as having curly, medium-length auburn hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of the word “Scarlett” on her chest. She is about 5-foot-9 and weighs 140 pounds, according to a news release.
