A man has been charged in a hit-and-run crash that sent six people to the hospital on Friday night, Fayetteville police said.

One person died and three others were critically injured in a vehicle crash on Gillis Hill Road Wednesday afternoon, the Fayetteville Police Department said. Officers responded to the crash, which involved three vehicles, around 3:45 p.m.
