Brittan Phillips was arrested Monday on charges of felony sex offense with a student and felony crimes against nature, according to a news release.

Teacher at E. Melvin Honeycutt faces drug charges
A first-grade teacher at E. Melvin Honeycutt Elementary School is one of two people facing trafficking and other drug charges, the Fayetteville Police Department said. Antonisha Chambers, 34, and Bradford Gordon, 29, both of the 2500 block of Cumberland Creek Drive, are accused of trafficking methamphetamine, the Police Department said in a release.
