A Fayetteville man has been charged with 12 vehicle break-ins on Village Drive near Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, according to the Fayetteville Police Department. Since early March, multiple vehicle break-ins had been reported in the 3400 block of Village Drive, prompting an investigation by detectives, according to a news release.
