The Fayetteville Woodpeckers closed the 2023 Carolina League Class A minor league baseball season on a four-game winning streak. That leaves team officials very optimistic about the 2024 campaign, which will be the Woodpeckers’ fifth playing at the $40 million Segra Stadium in downtown Fayetteville.
