The Fayetteville Woodpeckers (60-72) played 15 innings of baseball in Sunday’s regular-season finale after Saturday night’s game against the Charleston RiverDogs was suspended because of stormy weather. Fayetteville closed the season strong, winning both games and securing its first 60-win season since 2019.

Fisher’s 10 total bases power 3-2 win over Charleston

The Fayetteville Woodpeckers (56-71, 26-35 second half) kicked off the final homestand of the season with a power display, homering three times to prop up a 3-2 win over the Charleston RiverDogs (66-60, 38-22 second half) Tuesday night at Segra Stadium.
